Heather McNeill
As Director of Photography, Heather runs Corbis' North American Commercial Photography team and ensures the growth of Corbis' world-class commercial brands. After graduating in Communication Arts, Heather worked as a designer before her passion for photography took her to Getty Images. An opportunity to contribute to an innovative start-up image agency lead her to Veer in 2003. As both Creative Manager and Art Director, she built Veer's production department and in-house photography team.

Carl Gronquist
Carl received a Master of Fine Arts in Photography from the University of Colorado and upon graduation worked on documentary photography projects, receiving several grants including one from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA). He has been with Corbis since 1993 and has judged numerous editorial photography competitions throughout the years. His current role is global Director of Photography for Documentary.

Benjamin Benser
Born and bred in Duesseldorf, Germany, a passion for photography runs through Benjamin's family. His grandfather founded Zefa, his father was a well-respected photographer, whilst Benjamin has years of experience working with advertising professionals. He studied Communication Design with a focus on Photography. In 2004 he joined Veer as Art Director and quickly displayed his exceptional talent, scaling the ranks to become Corbis' worldwide Creative Director, Commercial Photography.

Paul Pensom
Paul Pensom is an award-winning art director with over seventeen years' experience in editorial design and publishing consultancy. He currently art directs Creative Review. Past jobs/clients include Getty Images, The Observer, i-D, FACT, Saatchi & Saatchi, The Independent, The Telegraph and Time Out.
