Where The Wild Things Are Trailer

Call us childish, but here at CR we're really excited about the forthcoming release of the film adaptation (directed by Spike Jonze) of Maurice Sendak's classic 1963 children's book, Where The Wild Things Are. Jonze and Dave Eggers wrote the film adaptation and Jonze's ex, Karen O (of The Yeah Yeah Yeahs) has produced the film score. By the looks of this trailer, the team done good: we can hardly wait for the film's release!

Oh God! My favourite book of all time! In a movie! I can't wait either. I hope they haven't messed it up, but from the trailer it does look good...

i think putting that arcade fire track to a film of a guy painting a wall could make DIY feel like the most exciting thing to do. ever.
i hope and pray. this film is doesnt sully the book. please...

That's a pretty magical trailer. Let's hope it does the movie justice.

I can't work out if the wild things look ridiculous or fantastic in those little clips!
