She hits the nail on the head there. No one at street level will enter D&AD as it is always flooded by big boring ad agency work, and that isn't going to change anytime soon. Especially as agency ranking is often based on how much metal and glass you can have littering your office.

Well... couldn't agree more.
I think it's going to get a bit more boring when all work submitted is from agencies.
Individual illustrators & street artists especially "International" ones won't just submit because there are always some obstacles and they feel that it's money-throwing for nothing.
