T.A.G ad agency in San Francisco has created another epic film for Halo 3. The film, for Halo 3: ODST, brings together the team behind the much lauded Halo 3: Believe films, with direction by Rupert Sanders and effects from Stan Winston Studios. As in that campaign, the film sees heroes from the game brought to life, with the film shot across Eastern Europe in underground caves and even an old nuclear reactor...

as a huge fan of the Halo series and Bungie Studios on the whole this new viral from TAG is just fantastic. The Believe films and the Landfall series were superb and I have yet to see anything comparable in the video game market.
good work TAG, roll on 22nd September for the release of the ODST game!

Is this a trailer for the film which is supposed to be made on the Halo series?

@Aly: the characters speak Hungarian. The singing is something else.

Halo and their fans are slow men with fascist, militaristic and chidlish fantasies (as you can see by the ad). These people are people I dispise but it is great that in this time they keep themselves at home playing games.
Haven't you noticed that the uniforms are black versions of US' uniforms? maybe that's because in Starship Troopers the authors had the decency to make them obviously look like nazy uniforms and so call this crap for what it is. They are black because it is as far as they can goo with a Microsoft ad but they are nonetheless nazy uniforms.

Dani R-
is this just about Halo fans or about all war video games? Do you own a games console?

I think Dani meant snazzy, as in "they are nonetheless snazzy uniforms".
The trailer looks cool, but I think my £40 is reserved for Modern Warfare 2. Now there's a game with militaristic and chidlish fantasies, oorah.

Outstanding. Stan winston studios have come up trumps with this. Well done to all involved. And I keep hearing that the Halo movie has been shelved............has Hollywood seen this? A Halo movie is NOT an impossiblity. I mean, look at Lord of the Rings trilogy. Nuff said.
