Absolutely fab! Can't spot them all, probably have to look at it 10 more times.

Great work, doing a similar job at the moment and its a real skill to produce a slick transition within context. I think I got about 8 films. Beat that...

I don't have the time.
It is good and weird.

Is a RIP!

I think the "DUDE with the bowling ball" refers to The Big Lebowski (main character is the Dude).
And the twisted plane is from AIRPLANE! (with the exclam) by the Zucker Brothers.

Pans Labrynth is right after the Matrix - the eyeballs in the hands bit.

Smart idea to promote the film season, but the execution is clearly a rip from 35mm (Germany) : http://www.pascalmonaco.de/portfolio/#9

I want to say 3. is From Russia with Love, but think that may be cheating as James Bond in number 1.

Number 3 is Doctor Zhivago
and number 23 is chariots of fire not gladiator.

Blimey, i got more than i expected, how sad...

Pascal Monaco's 35mm is just so much more fluid than this with much better transitions. In saying that it it is cool.
2010-10-01 10:39:27
I think Pascal Monaco should be in the credits somewhere!

nice idea - but who has the time/can be bothered?
2010-10-01 13:40:14
Got most of them apart from the girl in the bikini and the missile, nicely put together though- Grant
2010-10-01 14:20:33
Is the chariot one not Ben Hur?
2010-10-01 15:36:46
Not Singing in the Rain, it's "Les parapluies de Cherburg" (with Catherine Deneuve).
2010-10-01 16:42:19
Correct. The Umbrellas of Cherbourg and the chariot is from Ben Hur. And number one would be, not a generic James Bond, but Goldfinger.

Although it is fine to take inspiration from others' work, you should at least attempt to develop it enough to make it your own. Otherwise surly it's just lazy thinking, at best.

Hello, I was the CD on this project. Thanks for all the comments.
Pascal’s film is fantastic. We loved it and so we called him and asked him to make one for us. Unfortunately he was unable to within the very tight timeframe but was happy for us to proceed in this direction with his blessing.
