I had a Marketing Manager who gave every brief as a ppt presentation with his Ideas of how it should look. Naturally I ignored everything and did the opposite. He couldn't see it was crap!

This makes me shudder - all my memories of working in agencies involved hovering ball bags. Really uncomfortable feeling.
