Last month we wrote about a new sculptural work by The Glue Society, titled I Wish You Hadn't Asked, which consisted of a house where it rained constantly on the inside. James Dive, the artist behind the work, has sent us this set of photographs to show the damage caused to the property after 30 days of constant rainfall. The main effects are largely what you'd expect: lots of damp and staining to the walls and furniture. We are particularly perturbed by the image above, however: what is in that trunk? And what can't be conveyed in photographs is the smell, which is undoubtedly pretty darn unpleasant.

I Wish You Hadn't Asked formed part of this year's Sculpture By The Sea festival, which took place in Aarhus, Denmark. Dive described the installation as being "about that moment in a relationship when something is said, or done, that can't be taken back. And the rot sets in." It picked up three awards during the festival's run, including the major Sculpture By The Sea prize and the Nordea Bank Foundation Prize.
