Ad agency Wieden + Kennedy Amsterdam has launched The Kennedys, an apprentice programme for young creatives of all disciplines, which offers the opportunity for participants to move to the city and work at the agency for six months, with pay and everything...

The Kennedys, named after David Kennedy who formed the agency alongside Dan Wieden back in 1982, is open to young talents with European passports only. Six people will be selected and be asked to move to Amsterdam for six months – W+K will cover travel expenses, provide accommodation for the period and pay those on the programme a minimum wage salary.

Participants will get a true sense of how it is to work in advertising; they will work as a separate group within the agency but on real assignments with real deadlines. The aim is that by the end of the programme, The Kennedys will have produced real work, be it for one of W+K's clients, or as an independent project for the agency.

The programme will start on June 1. To apply, submit an answer to the question 'What does the future look like?', along with your details online at thekennedys.nl. The deadline for entries is March 30.

Expenses? I guess a creative team could always go Dutch...?
