Lots of lovely music videos around at the moment - here's a selection of our favourites. First up, Romain Gavras does it again, this time teaming up with Kanye West and Jay-Z to create the promo for their new track No Church In The Wild...

The beautifully shot video takes the viewer into the heart of a riot, a subject that will no doubt court controversy, but in Gavras' hands proves utterly compelling. Production company: Iconoclast.

A cracking piece of animation next, from Vladimir Mavounia-Kouka for French hip hop artist Odezenne, for the track Dedans.

Director Yoann Lemoine has created this epic tale of a boy and his creature army waging war on a city to accompany the track Run Boy Run by Woodkid (Lemoine's own music project). Production company: HSI.

A rather bonkers video now, by Peter Serafinowicz for Hot Chip's new track, Night & Day, which features cameos from Terence Stamp and Reggie Watts. Production company: Colonel Blimp.

Directing team Canada prove that filming a band playing in a studio can still make for a gripping video, in this promo for Spanish band Los Punsetes' track Alférez Provisional. The action is moved along by scenes of the group attacking one another (in increasingly imaginative ways), though even the simple shots of the band playing are great. Production company: Partizan.

Worship get messy with paint in this video for Leviathan, directed by Blake Claridge.

A couple more animated pieces for you now, firstly this sweet, if a little bleak, video for Shine by Nordic Giants (feat. Cate Ferris), by Brad Tthweam (Aardman).

Followed by this spooky promo for Ghosst(s) by Lorn, created by CRCR (great name!). Production company: Quad.

We finish with this brilliant film for Kindness which features Adam Bainbridge giving a sermon on pop, with help from the adorable Ramon. By the end the two are perfoming Kindness track House - lovely stuff. Director: Daniel Brereton.
