Internet Week Europe
Now in its third year, Internet Week Europe, will take place in various venues across London from November 12-16.
Highlights will include The Lovie Awards, honouring the best of European web-based creativity, the General Assembly European Buffet, a six-day educational programme, and RetrospectGIF, an exhibition looking back at 25 years of GIF-based creativity.
There will also be a vast array of talks, panel discussions, workshops and seminars as well as the chance to visit Google HQ. And if you just want to have fun, check out The Hoxton Square Shield Attack from Unit9 on November 15. Promising outdoor ‘intergalactic arcade fun', Hoxton Square will be transformed into a giant old-school arcade game which visitors can play via their phones.
