German artist Regine Schumann has a show opening at the De Buck Gallery in New York today featuring a selection of her work in phosphorescent paint and viewable in complete darkness...

The show, entitled Luminous, will also include pieces from Schumann's ongoing Colormirror series which can apparently be experienced in light or complete darkness, illuminated by 'blacklight'. Schumann often uses a range of fluorescent and photo-luminescent acrylics to create her work.
