Nice Work

As the September issue of Creative Review is a student work special, featuring our favourites from this year’s crop of graduates, we were unable to put our usual amount of great new work in the magazine. Instead, we will be putting up posts of new work regularly online over the next few weeks. Here is the first, featuring some of the best advertising that has passed through CR Towers lately. First up, in honour of the Olympics, here is some print work from 180 Amsterdam for Adidas.

Followed by this Olympics print work by TBWA\China, also for Adidas, which forms the final part of an impressive campaign.

Moving on from the Olympics we give you this atmospheric spot for Wrangler, shot by photographer Ryan McGinley for FFL Paris.

A quick diversion from advertising into music videos now, with this rather fine promo for The Wave Pictures, which was filmed by Guatamalan director Eduardo Benchoam, through the Radar Music Video scheme.

We end with two campaigns for Skittles. The first consists of ten campaigns created for a website, Go Skittle Yourself, where you can upload your own films and generally muck about with some fun content. The films are shot by Kim Albright.

The other is a test spot for the sweetie brand, which is very much in keeping with TBWA\Chiat\Day New York’s work for Skittles (see the truly brilliant Trade and Touch if you’re unfamiliar) but is not from the agency. In fact, we’re not sure who is behind it but it’s funny so here it is…
