Personal injury lawyers Spencers has just launched an interactive campaign at http://www.shouldtheyclaim.co.uk that features a series of real life youtube accidents with the player being challenged to determine whether those involved have grounds for a claim. It features five videos - a cyclist being hit by a car, a rather dubious scam, a woman who falls down some stairs in a pub, someone tripping through a window and a rather impressive crash involving two lorries and someone who should really have been wearing a seat belt.

The campaign is a response to the field of personal injury claims becoming muddied by an increasingly frivolous claim culture and the hammy advertising that accompanies it - the campaign aims to make personal injury claims something that the general public should consider only in certain situations and taps into the culture of youtube videos to make this message with the final score and the game can be shared on Facebook and Twitter helping the game go viral.
