Greenpop is a social enterprise that runs urban greening and reforestation projects in sub-Saharan Africa. They plant trees in schools, communities, and deforested areas with the aim to spread environmental awareness, uplift under-greened communities, make greening enjoyable and combat climate change.

For 3 weeks in July 2012, Greenpop is hosting a reforestation and conservation education project in Livingstone, in partnership with Zambezi Nkuku. We produced various print and online material to get volunteers to sign up and create awareness around the campaign. Printed material consisted of 3 posters, a square half-fold brochure, tree-ring tags, a small donation card and a rather large banner used at the Green Expo in Cape Town and COP17 in Durban.

Elements such as Facebook profiles, Facebook dig (like) buttons, Twitter backgrounds, banners and email newsletters were created to spread the word via the web. We also had great joy in designing the logo for the Campaign as well as some of the photography.
