The brief was to create a book that researched into the skills I learnt during one of our terms, I decided to make a concertiner book.

I used a colour navigation system, the colour changes from front to back, book to book. Each book has its own colour system and each page in the books are unique as they interact with the flowing 'fibre optic' line that goes through the centre.

The books were printed via inkjet on matte paper so that the colour really stands out, each book is just over 5 meters long and was hand cut and folded.

When I saw this a the end of year degree show at LCC i really loved it, the gradual change of the colour of the type aswell as the flow of what is akin to stardust in my mind that meanders across each page really caught my eye. I think Luca did a marvelous Job with this piece.
