Tangent Graphic has just completed the annual report for the Scottish Human Rights Commission (SHRC).

The SHRC is at the forefront of promoting and protecting human rights in Scotland, guided by the principles of The Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Tangent have created a visual style featuring 30 circles of light to represent the 30 Articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. A laser cut cover lets the light literally shine over the face of the cover model.
