Field rotation is the German electronica artist and producer Christoph Berg. This 4 track EP focuses on the theme of light and shadow, translated into German as ‘Licht und Schatten.’

The artwork uses abstract forms to simply portray the idea of light and shadow on three isometric surfaces. The typeface (named refractal) is self-designed using an isometric grid. The final design was laser-cut out of GF Smith Plike and screenprinted so that Light and Shadow would be used to its full extent.
