Eco Graphics were commissioned to produce a promotional and brand-strengthening diary for Spitalfields Housing Association’s. With an open-ended brief, Eco Graphics suggested a design concept of ‘colours and textures’ in the form of a hard-back, pocket diary with an integrated business card holder.

Along the running theme of textures, the cover utilises a soft-latex feel paper by Winter and Co, offset with a deep emboss, contrasting black metallic foil adding depth and essence to the diary. Eco Graphics engineered the paper mechanics of the business card holder from the ground-up; allowing business cards to sit in the pockets with equal spacing between each card.

Preceding every month of the diary are displays of sensual photography, taken by local photographer Nick Joubinaux, that epitomises the beauty and unique character of Spitalfields and its surrounding area. Each individual image highlights textures and colours of the local heritage, culture and attractions all of which can be found in this world-famous East London destination.
