8 minutes 20 seconds is an ongoing project created (and uploaded) by London-based FL@33 – multi-disciplinary design studio for visual communication – founded by Agathe Jacquillat and Tomi Vollauschek. http://www.flat33.com

The original DV footage was recorded in Paris at the Place Charles de Gaulle (aka Place de l'Étoile) from the top of the Arc de Triomphe that offers a bird’s-eye view to the exceptionally busy roundabout below in which the Arc stands.

The soundtrack was composed and performed especially for this video piece by the amazing Mercury Quartet http://www.mercuryquartet.com.
Please note: Sound starts slowly after 1 minute 29 seconds.
