Entry Fees

Refunds will not be given for entries not meeting the conditions.

Please note that judges will not be allowed to select work that they have themselves commissioned or that was commissioned by their organisation. This only applies to work in the judges’ particular category.

Submission specifications

All entries must be submitted online as digital images only. All images must be RGB Jpegs at a maximum file size of 25Mb each.

Entrants may set their own DPI and image size but should bear in mind that the judges will view all images on a computer screen.

If any judge feels that an entry is of insufficient resolution to be viewed properly, we will allow the entrant to submit a bigger file. If a piece of work is selected for the Illustration Annual, the entrant will be asked to re-submit the image at a suitable size for print.

Credits and Copyright

All credits must be detailed when entering online. All information provided on the entry form will be used to credit published work, however this may need to be edited or condensed for space.

Creative Review accepts no responsibility for incorrect information provided on entry forms.

Creative Review assumes that all entries are original and are the works and property of the entrant. As a condition of entry, the entrant grants Creative Review permission to reproduce the works in print and in digital format for the purposes of promoting the competition and attests that they have the right to grant this permission.

Creative Review will not be held liable for any action or claim arising out of the reproduction of entered works in whatever format.
