L&CO is an independent design and branding agency based in South West London. We are looking for a mid/senior level designer with 5+ years' experience, to join our small but expanding design team in the creation and implementation of visual identity, print and digital projects.

The successful candidate will need to be:

- interested in the creation of brand guidelines and the technical understanding this entails
- fluent with print processes and the creation of artwork 
-obsessed with typography
- highly organised
- detail-oriented with an excellent eye for those small but important bits
- a good communicator with face-to-face client experience
-able to work independently as well as part of a team and be comfortable with overseeing younger designers
- fully versed in Adobe CS InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (web experience is helpful)
- happy to work alongside a small sausage dog

This is an exciting opportunity (we think) for the right candidate who has proven agency experience, can show a portfolio of relevant design skills and the right personality to work within our small team at our riverside studio.
