Sarah Pascoe has an eclectic and expansive knowledge with a skill for recognizing, developing and commissioning great image makers from all disciplines within the world of advertising and design. She has held senior positions within several major creative agencies. As Head of Art Buying at BMP, later DDB she worked on countless award winning campaigns for VW, Harvey Nichols and The Guardian. For five years now she has headed BBH's Art Buyers within a broader project management department, encouraging and mentoring work with an eye to maintaining the agency's great output.

Faye Dowling is a freelance photography editor, art buyer and curator living and working in London. She has worked with both emerging and world renowned photographers across art, editorial and fashion for titles such as Dazed & Confused, Frieze, Varoom, Eye and Pictured, as an art buyer for agencies such as Winkreative, and has curated exhibitions at Senko Studio and the Fotomuseum Antwerp. She has also worked as a photography lecturer at London College of Fashion and was a photography judge at Hyeres Festival of Fashion & Photography 2011. Her forthcoming title 'The Book of Skulls' will be published by Laurence King in September 2011.
