Looking for a piece of design that won’t cost the earth? Well, if you’re near London, get yourself down to the designer’s Poundshop in Hoxton this Easter weekend…

Organised by design collective Household (George Wu, Dario Utreras and Sarah Gottlieb) and freelance illustrator Sara Melin, the Poundshop is a pop-up shop with a difference: everything is affordable. The shop, which will be at 253 Hoxton Street from April 2-5 (12-6pm), features an interior created with architect Finn Williams and product designer Fredrik Paulsen. It will stock an eclectic range of products for sale, all for just £1 each. These include:

Cutlery by Used Development Organisation (Matteo Rosso & Lucia Massari)

Pigeon Post by Susan Golton

Pearl Tooth Rings by Naoki Kawamoto

Reminder Posters by Claire McManus

Mini books by Mireille Fouchon

Events will also be taking place throughout the weekend at the Poundshop – more info on the project is here.
