Bare Cheeky is an ongoing series of photographs of women in their favourite pair of knickers by London College of Communication student Poppy Thorpe. “By letting the women choose when to take their own photograph with a cable release, Bare Cheeky is a collaboration between model and photographer,” she says.

“The project has the intention of bringing together a diverse and honest documentation, whereby the bodies and individualities of each woman become visible and celebrated inside an identical framework. The project shows a non-sexualising representation of the female form, where the women are in a position of control and confidence.”
