Artists will be creating works live online this week as part of a campaign for Beck’s devised by Dare

For the Beck’s Live Studio – the latest in a series of events trying to marry different artforms – Dare has hired a warehouse in which the artists will work this week.

They will create original works inspired by tracks created by users of the site who, over the past few weeks, have been invited to remix songs by the likes of Moby, Roisin Murphy, Midnight Juggernauts, Axwell and Does It Offend You, Yeah? using the Beck’s Music Mixer.

The best ones are being piped in to the studio – the artists create a piece live in response to the track with their efforts screened on the site via a live feed.
