Bridgeman Studio Award 2016: What does the night mean to you?
CR partners with the Bridgeman Studio Award to celebrate emerging contemporary artists. Enter to win a £1,000 book cover commission
For the last three years, the Bridgeman Studio Award has helped uncover and support new artistic talent. This year artists are invited to submit work which reflects the theme “night”. What do the after hours mean to you?
The grand prize is a £1,000 commission to design the front cover of Rosie Garland’s upcoming novel published by The Borough Press, an imprint of HarperCollins (read an interview with the author about the Bridgeman Studio Award here).
You can enter new or pre-existing images into the competition. The winning artist will be expected to create the base art only, not the typography and layout. Three runners-up with receive a £50 CultureLabel voucher and a selection of books from HarperCollins.
