It’s slightly surprising to discover that this ad from Fallon London for Cadbury is the brand’s first ever Christmas-themed campaign. And it’s a lovely one, with a group of kids waking up to find that their street has been wrapped in Christmas paper.
Unsurprisingly, on discovering the festive street (which is wrapped in purple paper to reflect Cadbury’s branding, natch), the kids set about unwrapping it with gusto, discovering a load of Cadbury chocolate bars along the way. The spot then ends with the tag: ‘Unwrap Joy’. It’s simple and very nicely done.
