On being a colour blind designer

Digital designer Matt Roberts explains how his colour blindness helps him to see things from a different angle

I was told I had mild deuteranopia, a variation of colour-blindness where I can’t easily tell the difference between reds and greens. That doesn’t mean I can’t tell what colour grass is; instead, I find it almost impossible to spot berries in a holly bush.
