FFL: Schweppes, Commercial

FFL’s new commercial for Schweppes is a mixture of retro 80s styling with very contemporary technology

The spot is directed by visual artists Warren Du Preez & Nick Thornton-Jones, who adapted the photographic ‘air process’ technique to create the film. By shooting a scene from various angles on several cameras almost simultaneously, the technique generates a liquid-like sense of movement, making this rather hackneyed idea of ladies frolicking with fruit look simply stunning.

Agency: FFL Paris
Executive creative directors: Fred & Farid
Art director: Emmanuelle Durand
Production company: Stink
Directors and photographers: Warren Du Preez & Nick Thornton-Jones
