NRMA Insurance is one of Australia’s largest home and car insurers. Concerned that its iconic brand positioning of ‘help’ was becoming stale, the brand approached Bear Meets Eagle On Fire to breathe new meaning into the idea. Over time, the brand’s campaigns had become anchored to the category, only talking about replacing things, and the agency believed there was a bigger promise of ‘help’ to be there for whatever goes wrong.

It created the campaign Until Then, which looked to a time when insurance is no longer needed, but pointed out that NRMA will be there to help until such a world exists. The print and TV campaign featured various scenarios where things go wrong in everyday life, including unexpected events on roads and natural disasters.
