She has worked in comms and brand roles across media over the last 15 years, is passionate and experienced in inspiring change and embedding actionable DEI strategy, brand touchpoint work, and global internal communications approaches. As an out-bi woman with ADHD, Lucy is a fierce advocate for inclusion in the advertising, marketing and media industries.
