New Flashman video from Airside

Directed by Timothy Bricknell and produced by Airside, To The Victor The Spoils, is the latest promo for Flashman, the musical collaboration betwixt Lemon Jelly’s Fred Deakin and the Beta Band’s Robin Jones…

Airside has produced a new promo for Flashman, the moniker under which Airside’s Fred Deakin has released an album with ex Beta Band drummer Robin Jones. The film, entitled To The Victor The Spoils (also the name of said Flashman album) has been directed by Timothy Bricknell and the narrative is revealed through a series of tableaus posed by actors and presented as if the content of framed paintings…

Actually, the video was inspired by a series of paintings created by Robert Milne to promote the Flashman album release, of which this is one:
