Nou Nou: Clothing from Jean Jullien and Jae Huh
Nou Nou’s AW17 collection includes hats, sweatshirts and berets adorned with Jean Jullien’s playful illustrations
Graphic artist Jean Jullien’s witty illustrations have appeared on magazine covers, wine labels and homeware. He has also teamed up with London and Seoul-based designer and fellow Central Saint Martins graduate Jae Huh to launch unisex clothing line Nou Nou.
Nou Nou was launched in June this year after Jullien and Jae Huh collaborated on a capsule collection for Korean clothing brand Stereo Vinyls (Huh is the brand’s creative director).
Nou Nou’s first collection was available through Stereo Vinyl’s website and included illustrated hats, t-shirts and wallets.
The AW17 range was revealed online yesterday and includes sweatshirts, coats, berets, beanies, socks and a tote bag.
Items feature illustrations in Jullien’s instantly recognisable style. Prices range from $6 for a pair of socks to $332 for a wool coat.
