Rottingdean Bazaar are no strangers to making images that go inside books and magazines. A duo comprising multidisciplinary artists James Theseus Buck and Luke Brooks, their work straddles creative direction, fashion and film direction.

The duo’s recent campaign for publisher Thames & Hudson marked the first time they have made photographs in which books themselves are the focus. Shot by regular collaborator Annie Collinge, the campaign sees some of the publisher’s most famous catwalk books – celebrating brands ranging from Versace to Louis Vuitton – transformed into fashion images in their own right.
