Sean Dong is a 3D motion designer and illustrator living in Baltimore, and in between his commissions, he teaches motion graphics at the renowned Maryland Institute College of Art. For Dong, the college is a place where “everybody feels free and supported” to be themselves. 

“Working with students here is a blast – they’re super curious and fearless when it comes to trying new things,” he tells CR. “We’ve got students from all sorts of backgrounds, and each student brings a unique design perspective. Witnessing their creativity unfold and being able to contribute to their journey is genuinely fulfilling.”
