In this ad campaign for Škoda France, advertising agency Rosapark and photographer Sophie Ebrard teamed up to capture people napping in cars, to highlight a new add-on for the brand’s vehicles that helps snoozing passengers feel more comfortable when they drop off. In order to demonstrate the need for the Sleep Package, Ebrard’s photos aim to show the awkward and unappealing ways we tend to fall asleep in vehicles.
“The success of this campaign is in its realism, in the truth of the images,” says Gilles Fichteberg, co-founder and CCO at Rosapark. “It was essential that the models really looked like they were asleep. It’s one of the main reasons we chose to work with Sophie. She has a very humanistic approach to the way she directs her models and uses light.”
