Studio Sense: Introduction

Welcome to Studio Sense, the first in a new series from Creative Review.

Last year we conducted some extensive research with our readers. One of the things they asked us for was more information and help on practical issues around running a creative department or creative business. For this supplement we have partnered with experts from various creative fields to provide guidance and analysis on a range of issues that are important to CR readers.

We look at how to put together and run a great team, understanding the opportunities around integrated production, dealing with writing copy across multiple platforms and in many languages, the secrets of great collaboration on CG projects, and the challenges of managing workloads when the next big project could be just a phone call away.

We’d like to thank all our partners – Vitamin T, Creative Translation, Finger Industries, Taylor James and Workfront – and hope that you find Studio Sense a valuable and helpful addition to Creative Review
