You tell us what skills you need, your timeline, who will be selecting, and we’ll put the call out to our 10,000-strong network (if we don’t have the skills on the network, we will offer to find them elsewhere to submit to your call). Once the call ends, you’ll have a list of candidates’ portfolios. You can select the candidates or invite others to help you score them. You could even have multiple rounds of judging (imagine getting 70 submissions, then having a few people in your team score the entries and passing the 10 best to your creative director or client). This would put them in order of preference from which you can pick your selection.
