As Uber Eats gets you anything effortlessly – so the ads say – you can therefore live a little better and enjoy spending the extra time you’ve saved on dancing, or sharing a moment with your pet parrot. By being quirky and fun, the campaign stood out in a sector where communications all tend to focus on the same things – speed of delivery and special offers – and so blur into one.
