Unroyal Plates ‘celebrate’ Harry and Meghan’s upcoming royal wedding

Just as they did for Wills and Kate in 2010, KK Outlet/Kessels Kramer have designed a range of alternative commemorative plates for the big day

Back in 2010, what started out as a fun side project for KK Outlet/Kessels Kramer took on a life of its own as the range of satirical commemorative plates it designed for that year’s royal wedding ended up on sale in John Lewis.

The agency has returned to the world of collectible ceramics again with Unroyal Plates, a range of, yes, plates to mark the upcoming Wills-Meghan nuptials.

As with the previous range, they take a decidedly non-forelock-tugging take on the whole affair, while also commenting on the date’s unfortunate clash with the FA Cup Final.

There are 19 plates in the range, all of which can be seen here
