Why Creativity Matters: Secrets of the client-agency relationship

Our virtual event series returns with a discussion on how to nurture a successful client-agency relationship, featuring speakers from Libresse/Bodyform, BBH and Meanwhile

Why Creativity Matters season 2 event 1

Why Creativity Matters is a virtual talk series from Creative Review which aims to demonstrate the key role that creative thinking and design plays for brands and businesses, particularly in challenging times.

Returning for the first event of 2023, we’ll be tackling the eternal question of how to nurture the client-agency relationship. With brands under increasing pressure to connect with consumers in a meaningful way, the role of external agencies in helping them find creative solutions to business problems is more vital than ever.

To delve into what it takes to get the most out of this partnership, three expert guests from both sides of the equation will discuss what a successful client-agency relationship looks like today.

The talk will be hosted by Creative Review senior writer, Aimée McLaughlin, who will be joined by Essity global innovation, brand and communications director Tanja Grubner, who heads up marketing for femcare brands including Libresse (or Bodyform as its known in the UK); Meanwhile founder James Cross, previously creative director at BBC Creative; and Dillah Zakbah, partner and creative director at BBH London.

This talk took place on March 22, 2023. It can be viewed on demand by registering here.
