We’ve become used to epic and rather earnest ads from Chipotle, with the brand previously releasing a serious of beautiful animated films that emphasise the integrity of its food. But after a difficult couple of years for the brand, including food safety concerns and an E.coli outbreak, this new ad campaign takes a decidedly different tack, opting for comedy to spread the message that Chipotle products are “as real as it gets”.
