Scarborough based agency Sail Creative have designed a new logo and visual identity for Curious, an arts festival that celebrates LGBTQ culture. The festival takes place in the summer, and the new identity will be used not just at the event, but also in the promotions leading up to it. The colour visuals are based on the ideas of deconstruction and diversity – bringing together a disparate collection of motifs and cut-up typography. “The dentity is a call to action, to gather communities to explore and celebrate LGBTQ culture throughout the festival,” say the designers.
