WORK: A print campaign by WRCS for The Royal Navy

This print campaign by WCRS invites retired Army and RAF engineers to continue their military career in the Royal Navy – by highlighting the similarities between the navy and the armed forces.

Skilled engineers are in short supply, and the Royal Navy needs them. Meanwhile, trained and experienced engineers from the Army and RAF are forced to retire at a certain age, many with skills and the will to continue work. This campaign seeks to make them aware of alternate employment opportunities available to them.
